Dancing performance for Soman at Neuwerk Festival in Duesseldorf, 27-12-2008
Many events, news and happenings for 2008 which is coming to its end now. I am traveling in Germany during the Christmas day at the 25th of December '08. Flight to Frankfurt, then two days relaxing in Karlsruhe near Marxzell and then driving at Duesseldorf at the 27th.
I will perform for Soman for a third time at Neuwerk Festival. The festival takes place at the 26th and 27th and I will be go-go dancing on stage with Sam, the actual dancer of Straftanz.
Then the plan is to travel in Wuppertal, Hannover, Bad Pyrmont, Hammeln, Detmold (to see Herrmannsdenkmal the biggest pagan centre of Germany). A photoshooting on the way and many new photos to upload from older, newer and other shootings I had during the last months.
For the time being, I am very happy that I participated at the 16th of November at a body painting Exposition-Fashion Show for I.E.K. AKMH. The Fashion Show took place at Crowne Plaza, ex-Holiday Inn Hotel (50, Michalakopoulou Str., Athens GR).
The Body Painting representation was actually an exposition for Cidesco Hellas. That was the 31st International Conference for Health Esthetics, Beauty and Alternative Methods. It was a celebration of its 50th anniversary (50 years of Cidesco Hellas, 1958-2008) as well and I was very satisfied of this new experience I got after that.
You see, I was never so keen on body painting and after that I started to love it as a model.
All photos were made by many people there but I would like to thank John Tsilides (Athens GR) again for his special offer to come and make photos of that amazing event. Also Zoe Kazani (Athens GR) who made many nice photos of us while putting a great effort on our make-up and body painting art as well, Paulina Cifuentes (Mexico and Athens GR), Emma (Athens GR) and all the make-up artists and hairstylists who contributed to our astonishing appearence.
I would also like to thank Grace Niarrou (Athens GR), another model who participated there with me and introduced me to all those people. Instead of model, Grace is also a performer with me at Glitter show, professional go-go dancer, performer, artist and singer.
The photos are all uploaded already on my site here. Cidesco was founded in 1946 with its head office in Zurich, Switzerland. It is represented in over 33 countries. The CIDESCO diploma is the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of esthetics and beauty therapy.
Since 1957 the CIDESCO qualification has set standards that have been initiated over the five continents of the globe. There are over 200 CIDESCO schools around the world teaching to the international acclaimed CIDESCO standards leading to their diploma. As you might notice I received a Model Certificate and some other prizes.

Performance for Harley Davidson Club Hellas 20-12-2008
As you might all have heard recently, the news in Athens and Greece in general are not so good.
Greek youth joins the world in their demands for justice for the murder of Alexandros Grigoropoulos of just 15 years old, killed by police heir to the dictatorship of the colonels in Greece. Socially anger accumulated by long years of dictatorship and repression springs in the streets of Greece in search of freedom and justice.
Thousands of protesters hurled stones and Molotov cocktails at police, as Greek police reportedly began to run out of teargas after a week of riots that have seen the streets of major cities turned into virtual war zones. Police sources say they have used more than 4,600 teargas capsules in the past week and have contacted Israel and Germany for fresh stocks. The prime minister, Costas Karamanlis, yesterday vowed to keep citizens safe, but students angry at the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Alexandros Grigoropoulos by the police again attacked officers outside parliament.
"Alexi, these nights are yours," says the graffiti on the subway wall, addressed to the Athens schoolboy killed last Saturday, allegedly by a police bullet. The week of rioting and protest that has left the city in shards belongs, above all, to the young. It is a revolt of schoolchildren and students, most on the streets for the first time. There are reports of children as young as 12 battling riot police, shouting "Cops! Pigs! Murderers!"
The demands of the young are hard to formulate. They want an end to police violence. They want to change things. They want jobs, and hope. They want a better system. Violence has wracked Greece every day since the death of Grigoropoulos. The protesters are demonstrating against not just the boy's death but at an increasingly unpopular government and mounting economic worries. The riots in cities across the country have left at least 70 people injured. Hundreds of shops have been attacked and looted, and more than 200 people arrested.
Athens remained calm this morning, with no plans for further protests. Traffic returned to normal in the city centre and an open-topped double-decker bus carried tourists round the capital's main sights.
The latest news moved me a lot these days, working at 4-showgirls as usual. We were very lucky that we were not hit by the riots. However, I should admit that I personaly am one more person who wishes for a better future. The case of that murder remains now as well as the disaster in many centers of Greece.
As for my latest news, we postponed our "200 BPM Special Party" for this Thursday 18th of December. The celebration of my birthday at the 13th was quite strange this time with all those sad news but at least Jan was here for me.

My latest hair clolour was blue lagoon with turquoise shades as you can notice. Same was for my "August" Calendar theme by Isis (Athens GR).
On Saturday the 20th of December I perform for Harley Davidson Club Hellas. The event will take place at the club (52, Constantinoupoleos Street, Gkazi) and starts at 22:00'. It was a very special invitation I had from the people there and after my booking I felt really happy. It changed my mood for a while.

"Sinners In Heaven" at Club Shadow - 15th Nov.2008
The last 'Sinners In Heaven' event was more than awesome. All Media in Athens regarded it as one of the best club events of 2008. I am very happy I was a part of it in go-go dancing area, again with my friend Elena (aka: Fucking Deity). The Dj-sets were fabulous. We danced for three well known Dj's, such as G-Pal (Swift Records), Nick-H (Jean Records) and our lovely Mr Antichrist (Greek Gabbers) who spinned some spectacular gabber tracks.
All shows were great, we met some amazingly talented people from the fetish and 'XX'Area. The next one will take place at the same club on Saturday the 15th of November 2008. Two times in one month, that means a lot. This time at the 15th we will go-go dance for Nick-H (Jean Records), Christian Cambas (Devilock), Tolis-Q (Quantized). Sinners offer the best in Athens nightlife and music. Can't wait for next Saturday!
As you may all understand I am busy again, trying to refresh my gallery, search and find all my pics from latest and older shootings as I can never find some time to upload them all. I try to collect some other pics also from sites I recently found myself in and some people had the kindness to inform me about that (for example: John Tsilides at the end of March. All the pics are now here. Photos from Hyperbeat Festival in September are uploaded here and I am pending for some others taken at Underworld club as I go-go danced at some after parties.
All photos from "Rubberize the world theme were uploaded during summer. However we had added some few with a "tubing" section and all photos are excellent. You can view the whole Rubberize section here.
Obviously one of my favorites. I also have a fire and ice fetish in photography and after finishing the editing af the two shootings I had with Alexander Poimenides and Areti Stavropoulou at AMP Photo Studio (21.06.2008 Athens GR), I decided to upload them all today. There are more to come, numerous, various and qualified stuff and I don't believe the space of my site allows me to upload too many. So, the next months I will start deleting some past works. All works from 2005 and before have already been removed.
At my photography section (from events I photo-shoot on my own) I already deleted all past events and I recently deleted many from 2006 and before. I have a lot of space here but I don't like the site to be that heavy for viewers.
Today I have a shooting at 4-showgirls.com store for Tshiela Oksanen's clothing and tomorrow another one at X-Pleasure store in Glyfada for Derek Liontis and his project.

Bloodcult Zine issue VIII out on stores
As I expected it for too long, now I have the opportunity to announce that the new Bloodcult Zine issue 8 is out on stores. My articles had to do with the Die Form Live in Athens in January, an interview with Martin Black (gothic and fetish photographer from Germany) and the whole review for Wave Gottik Treffen at Leipzig for 2008. Hope you enjoy my articles, I do enjoy them a lot. Plus, I learnt via an interview with Hocico that Erk said some nice words about me and I would like to thank him.
Of course I owe a big-big thanks to all the Bloodcult team, Nick Stavridakis aka: Sinister Divine, Antonis Psathakis aka: Lord Kain, DameX and many many other people who support our effort. The cover is an artwork by Zila and the rest of the layout is made by the headmaster Sinister Divine.
Tomorrow we have the rehearsal for the Black N' Rose Fashion show. At the 1st of November there is another party to be announced in which I will participate. More news and photo uploads much later in November as i am busy with other projects and stuff. Believe me, I haven't uploaded anything from September, there is a lot to update here.

Black N' Rose Fashion Show 24|10|2008
The time is near. Join us in celebration of all the latest in rock n' alternative Fashion! 20 local models in a fashion show with a brand new attitude, in a brand new place.
That was the bulletin I saw on myspace, that's why I wanted to share it with you my friends. So, I will participate in this year's Black N' Rose Fashion Show again like last year and I expect you all to come at Second Skin Club, Constantinoupoleos 78 & Iera Odos Street.
I faced many problems on my PC Windows XP professional so, I couln't do my updates normally this time. I have more new photos from events I participated in September and October as a dancer to upload. I had a small shooting and gave a short interview for a local newspaper called 'To Proto Thema' (The First Topic) at the 15th of October for 4-showgirls store. However, as far as I know this newspaper is not the best here and most subjects they inrerfere with are not written correctly, so I will keep my fingers crossed for not reading any inaccurate things. I made some new shootings lately for this brand (and all its related fashion designers). Bunches of work awaiting for me during this month and later for November.

Comic character by John Flanagan (Bristol, Southwest United Kingdom)
It happened unexpectedly to me to meet a fabulous person and start a new cooperation. His name is John Flanagan, an enormously talented artist and writer who transformed some of my pictures into a female heroine for his upcoming comic books. So, Zirconia Starfighter became a comic heroine and I feel honoured to be drawed by such a kind person. After all, his noble manners come from his Irish roots (as he told me one day) and I am always grateful to people who have guts, dignity and such a deep kindness as he has. You can view some of his amazing creations on my gallery which I updated today. The link for his separated section is here.
Meanwhile I am involved in other stuff as well, like photo-shootings and dancing at various places. The last weekend I danced with Marizeta at the new Underworld Club on Saturday the 4th for the DJ's VLRK (NL) and Antimatter (US). As many may know, VLRK is a friend of mine from The Netherlands and the man behind Grendel band, so, I had one more reason to visit Underworld club that night. Unfortunately, I lost their live gig the previous night at Texas Necropolis club but, I have seen them live three times run about. I would like to thank George Papanikolaou for chosing me as a dancer. However, I am too busy lately for go-going continuously at clubs. I seek for some other opportunities from now on as well, I am preparing some other kind of show -to add some variety in my program- and, I like challenges.
I am always open to all kinds of cooperations, I am thankful to those who appreciated me in the past, keep me in mind at the present and, of course, count me in for their future plans. I am expecting some more photos from my latest shootings during September in Thessaloniki and some other I had in Germany and prepare myself for new ones. I also have to update my gallery with many new photos from events I participated as a dancer and finally I would like to thank George Manos for his choice. I will be more detailed in the near future. Gallery and event updates
I added some pics from shootings I had during and before summer. You can find them all in my gallery.
Some were taken at a port of Glyfada beach with my dog Christie for Rubberize clothing. They are in John Tsilidis photo section. Some more I had by two other photographers named Areti Stavropoulou and Alexander Poimenides at AMP Photo Studio in my own styling and a Cyberesque corset from her older collection. I still like any of her older and newer designs so, check them out here. Many pictures are with the corset and others without it but with some red and white tulle for a test shooting of theirs.
Many new pics from some go-go sets of mine will be uploaded much later. After my summer holidays in Germany for the whole August almost I participated at Underworld club's opening again this year in September, then I went to Thessaloniki for a friend's "bye bye" party as she moved to the UK and I danced at the X-Club with her (her link is here) and also at 4-showgirls store's anniversary party in Athens at the 22nd of this month. The photos will be uploaded much later as I am very busy with all that stuff, plus some more bookings in October. I appeared on the flyer of the shop with Marizeta and I would like to thank George M. and his brothers for the support and of course all my beloved friends and photographers who always support me as a professional and mainly as a friend!
My new job now is to cooperate with 4-showgirls as a graphic designer and assistant in general and I am very happy for my new choice. I hope October will come with even better plans and many new orders there as ths shop is specialized in dancers and performers mostly. For the first time in my life I feel so excited at a new job and I am so happy to announce that.

4-showgirls celebrates its birthday
I would like to announce that 4-showgirls store is celebrating its birthday together with the person who is behind it and also behind big events like Athens Erotica and the hottest adult entertainment in Athens.
The party will take place at 149, Singrou Ave
run about 21:00 o'clock on Monday the 22nd of September.
I will be there as a "showgirl". Winter is coming and this will be a hyper-busy month. I will go to Thessaloniki for a weekend also between the 13rd and 15th of the month to attend a party, so if you ar interested in any work I could do for you you can contact me.

News and more venues for September and October
The Hyperbeat Festival will take place at the 5th of September as I mentioned at my latest summer news. I will go there to admire my amazing friend, latex model and fetish performer Lola who will participate at Rubberdoll's act with FAQ (FAQ Vs Rubberdoll band).
As always, I am gonna take some photos to enhance my photographer's portfolio and I would like to thank George Papanikolaou for his invitation.
The next day, on Saturday the 6th I will go-go dance at the new venue of Underworld Club which is now in 56, Ippokratous Str. in Athens. I posted the Hyperbeat poster last time so here is the general one:
The other dancer with me will be Afrodyte so prepare yourselves for a big party!
This was the previous location of Texas club which is now the new Underworld venue and the ex-Underworld (where the Hyperbeat will take place) is now called Texas Necropolis and it will host metal events.
Also a new club starts in October, called Second Skin, where some people of the ex-Underworld crew moved there (George Fakinos, John Mantonanakis and 'Z' the person who is behind Siva Six band).
Many selections from now for the whole winter.
My news are not the same as usual this time. I am starting a new cooperation at my main job and hope that this will work out for me finally.

On holiday till the 23rd of August 2008
I am on holidays now. I decided to visit Jan and stay in Germany till the 23rd of August. Meanwhile I will a fetish night at Nachtwerk Club, in Karlsruhe (16th August 2008). Some info about that is here and on my calendar.
I found out while checking links of mine on google some pages I know I am in as a model, banner model etc. (such as deadlycreations.org, 4-showgirls.com, vamperotika.com, cyberesque.de and numerous others) that I am a model for www.orion-models.com.
In the beginning I was surprised but later I realised that this site's rights belong to a friend of mine in Prague, David Lecnar, who is a very nice photographer as well. Orion Models is a Czech alternative model agency. So, I belong there as well. However, I would like to note down to everyone that I cooperate with many agencies and I worl only as a freelance model.
I was also informed that few photos of mine appeared at some exhibitions and beamershows in Germany for Art-In-Black photography.
The exhibitions and beamershows took place at:
1) 25.07.2008 - Beamershow entitled "Beautiful Gothic and Fetish Girls III" in MUK in Giesen.
2) 21.03.2008 - Beamershow and exhibition during the electro-party "Stoerfrequenz" at Nachtwerk Club in Karlruhe entitled "Beautiful Gothic & Fetisch Girls III".
3) 27.02.2008 - An exhibition at Unicum-Darkfashion shop, all in Karlsruhe, Germany.
According to all that info I got I have to update my credits and give my special thanks to Martin Black once again for all his support. Now when I get back in Athens many things will be changed.
A new club will be established at Gkazi area with Dj/Promoter George Fakinos, who left Underworld club.
I will also probably attend the opening festival of Underworld club which changed address and moved to 56, Ipokratous Str. in Athens.

Photoshootings for Rubberize and Al Giodini
I had some photoshootings at the end of May and beggining of June for Rubberize store in Athens. Now it has changed address and you can find it at: 72, Ippoktratous Str.
Rubberize is not trendy and does not have target groups or marketing plans. Products do not have style on their own. It is the people who have rubberize products that makes them special.
I also had a shooting by John Tsilidis again in a very nicely decorated location for Al Giodini clothing. Al Giodini is an Italian fetish designer from Torino an his suits reminded me a lot of Roman gear. You can all visit his store at: www.algiodini.it

I was interviewed by the journalist Helen Kiourktsi for Kappa Magazine here in Athens. It is a pulication of the newspaper Kathimerini. I photo-shooted together with two other models for this article at Underworld club and at my house as well. The photographer was Spyros Staveris, a very well known for his works professional.
I was also interviewd by a journalist of www.avopolis.gr, a very well known e-zine in Athens and photographed by Nina P..
Both articles have to do with the dark alternative scene in Athens and its representatives, so I feel honoured to be a part of these articles and I would like to thank those people who included me in. And all of these articles must be published before the end of this year.

Performing at Underworld Club's closing parties
As they informed me from Underworld club here in Athens, they will celebrate at the 1st and 2nd of August their closing so, I was invited to go-go dance tonight, at the 1st of August together with Natalie (aka: EvilLolita).
For tomorrow there will be a small fetish act with Ifigenia. So, if you are still in Athens and you haven't been on holidays yet, or you are back from your holidays it's time for a little party out there.

Exclusively at Black N' Rose: Cyberesque 'Clothing from above the stars'
I was satisfied today to see that Black N'Rose shop in the center of Athens (16, Solomou Str., Exarchia) has started an exclusive cooperation with Cyberesque 'Clothing from above the stars'. And that, instead of being featured in the main site banner of Cyberesque www.cyberesque.de, I am also on a promotional banner at Black N' Rose's gallery.
It is so cool to know that this fashion here was completely unknown and that I was the first lucky one to wear her fabulous corsets and clothes when I first saw them in Germany and then here, in Greece. They are pieces of art and very comfortable for performances as well.
After her fashion show in Athens, under the booking of George Fakinos for another successfull Spookshow party of his, Cyberesque collection is now available at this shop and finally, cyber and fetish clothing is not anymore something unknown to people here.
I was wearing one of the newest pieces on her show as 'Glitteresque' was the definition of her most recent collection. All my shootings in Cyberesque's fashion were made in Germany by Martin Black except one with a corset of her 2006 collection which was made here in Greece at AMP Photo Studio by Areti Stavropoulou and Alexander Poimenides.

Go-go dancing at Lavabore Club 19.07.2008
As you all might know, George Fakinos (Dj and club promoter) left Underworld Club.
And now he prepares something as a surprise for all his fans for September. In the meantime you can all enjoy his alternative program at Closer bar (53, Persefonis Str., Gazi) and some 'one off' guest dj-sets in various clubs.
I would like to thank him for once again for choosing me as a go-go girl for his set.
This time I will go-go dance together with Elena (aka: Fucking Deity) at Lavabore club and it is gonna be a hell of a party again, as always.

Die Form photos review 26.01.2008
As you all know instead of a go-go girl at nights and graphic designer in the light of day I also have my other side as a cyber and fetish model.
I always adored to explore anything that had to do with fetichism, BDSM and simple latex love. To find pleasure in pain is a mystery for some people and for some others a lifestyle. Starting at the age of eleven-twelve run about I was listening to Die Form, my favorite "painful" band.
Philippe Fichot always inspired me by his photography and the concert of the 26th of January here in Athens was a great opportunity for me to make some amazing photos.
I love everything that was represented in his discographic works.
So, it was about time to see the real thing, alive and kicking after twenty years run about after the creation of their outstanding project called Die Form.
The majestic appearence of Eliane P. with her mesmerizing vocals, the edgy performing act of Sabine and the outrageous creator Philippe Fichot took the audience's breath away and mine as well.
I would like to thank George Papanikolaou and Front Of House Promotion for giving us such great moments!
And Die Form who approved my photos because it was not allowed to make any or publish them without their own permission. The review on that magnificent concert will be published on Bloodcult Zine magazine and written by me.

Cyberesque Fashion Show in Athens, Greece
Cyberesque was born in 2005 in Maastricht (Netherlands), and then moved to Berlin (Germany) in 2006.
Cyberesque is the name of the clothing-label, model name of the designer and performer. It's just her, all in one. The clothing from cyberesque is designed and hand-made in Berlin, with loads of love. She likes to work with synthetic fabrics (especially plastics, vinyl, rubber etc.), experimenting, and dressing up.
At the 13 of June she will have a fashion show at Closer-Mad (Persefonis 53 - Gazi), for the first time in Greece.
The host of the event is George Fakinos. I will participate there as a model.

My show on 17.Wave Gotik Treffen 2008 and some feedback
My show on WGT this year was a surprise as I said before and something like a 'top secret'. If I had told you about it before it wouldn't be significant later. I performed for one of the most famous bands in Germany, a fifteen year old band and one of my favorites as well:
I just can't describe in few words my happiness as that band always was one of my main inspirations. I performed as a double of Frl Plastique. There were all the four doubles on stage, so, I had to act like a band member. That was like a playback show and it was a unique experience for me as I had to do with a band which is the 'definition of minimal' electronic sound.
More pictures will be uploaded soon and I have to admit that apart from my satisfaction with the results I am also very tired. Now I have e-mails to answer, a few hours of much needed sleep, photos to edit and upload from various other photoshootings I had in Germany and Greece for artists works, photographers and other extreme fashion designers.
I was very happy to see that I was distributed on a flyer for Art-In-Black photography again, in Leipzig this time, and Martin Black informed me that I was published as well in Gothic Magazine No.60 (Ulm, Germany) for his photography. I have to thank him for once again.
It is very nice to meet with so many wonderful people every year on WGT as well as in every international festival. I met with many people I had as friends on MySpace and Vampirefreaks, even the website's owner.
Apart from modeling and dancing acts I participated during May (including the international Festival Wave Gotik Treffen in Germany, some fashion shows in Athens and a go-go dancing gig in Crete-Greece) I have many photos to edit and prepare by Jan-Alexander Moeller for the Bloodcult Zine for the annual article for WGT 2008. I need some time to compose this article, as well as three more articles which will be a small surprise as well. This music scene needs to be supported in Greece and all the Bloodcult Crew is aware of it and very busy this month.

Erotica Expo in Athens and 17.Wave Gotik Treffen 2008
The Erotica Exposition in Athens is a super-big event sponsored and sponsor on its own. It will take place in Athens - Greece at the 9th of May and it will end on Sunday 11th.
After Berlin and United Kingdom, now in Greece, sex and love will be the first topic which is gonna be provided by Erotica Expo.
More info about this important event in this link. BDSM will be a very important part of Erotica as well, many strip shows, drag shows, Dj-sets, sex shops and all the world of eroticism and sex in Greece will stand for its rights during these three wonderful days.
Same time I will be already on WGT for my performance and journalistic works.
So, you might ask, what do I have to do with Erotica Expo? Well, I am gonna be the main model for 4-showgirls Stores, the most important shop about Erotica and big sponsor and a part of organization as well.
10 posters will be exposed there, by John Tsilidis, Evangelos Michalopoulos and John Kelemenis. I would like to thank especially John who believed in me and in my humble opinion he is the most inspired photographer in Greece about the 'oh, so extreme' fetish scene.
Many photographers are good in this difficult topic but many of them also just do it for show-off and don't recognize the exact meanings and real "messages" which should be passed by what we call fetish and BDSM.
I only regard John and three others here in Greece as the most inspired and absolute fetish photographers. I won't mention the other names though because I don't like to reject anyone.
And of course I would like to thank Mr 4-showgirls, one of the most trustful and professional organizers, shop keepers, event promoters and artistic people I have ever met. His edgy ideas always shock and I, personaly, I am very satisfied of him. He is the definition of great attitude.
My position will be replaced by two other models while I am in Leipzig.
From the 9th to the 12th of May I will busy on 17. Wave Gotik Treffen for the review of 2008 for the Bloodcult Zine.
My performing act is on Sunday 11th and I am gonna be in Athens at the 13th.
Don't miss anything. It's a real challenge this year!

Fashion Show for IT Extreme and Black N'Rose
The Second International Athens Tattoo Convention will take place at Technopolis.
I will participate there as a model for both shops Black N'Rose and IT Extreme as the clothes will be provided by the first and the -Demonia- boots by the second shop.
My hairstyling and hair are all made by Medusa's House Of Dread (San Bernardino, California US) and they are of a great quality.

Featured on another flyer of Art-In-Black
I would like to thank Art-In-Black for chosing me among three other beautiful women as one of the models of his new flyer about his photography.
Mr Art-In-Black is very successfull lately. His photos are always inspired and have become twice now the cover photos for Dark Spy Magazine. In this German Magazine I was a poster model in the middle page last year in summer so, I am very happy that I had the chance to work with him in Germany.
The photos he made with me, wearing some Cyberesque stuff became two great posters with the amazing layouts of -the very creative- Mr Sinister Divine, editor, graphic designer, great architect and publisher of the awesome Bloodcult Zine in Greece, in which I am so happy to be a part of the family.

As one of the founder web sites ever appeared in the Nail community, a small but very united community that started with less than ten web sites, and now, is growing more and more, thanks to the dedicated members and the great webmasters that make this community happen day by day.

I feel so proud and lucky to be interviewed for the second time after nine years of abscence from my first photographer ever and one of my best friends nowadays,
Jim B. [aka: Wolf] who lives and resides in London and is a worcaholic freak like I am. Probably these had been the elements which brought us close to eachother and created a special friendship.
He was my first photographer, when I was 18-19 years old, I had just started my art school (Vakalo School Of Art and Design in Athens) and I was his first model as I noticed.
Our work turned to be very successful. Nowadays, the site's hits reach a number between 100.000 and 120.000, so, we talk about a huge number or devoted readers.
I was too shy at that point of time. Although I was able to model and I was confortable in front of the camera I was hesitating too much to show my face online.
Later this obviously changed completely.

"Zirconia, some might remember her few years back as Irene. I had the pleasure to trace her and attempt to catch up with her. So many years, many things have changed. I have gray hair although I'm still the teenager I always been. As for Zirconia, it's been a hell of a ride.
Finished studying, a Master Degree in Graphic Design, vocal lessons, she also sang for the now called "Inactive Messiah" and she speaks 3 languages. Other than her educational CV, she works as a gogo-dancer, she writes and she words in one of the biggest magazines in Greece at the moment called Bloodcult Zine related to the dark alternative scene.
Zirconia was my first shooting and apparently the same goes for her, it is my pleasure to have her back with a new interview and as she promised, she will be back (credit to Mr Swarchenegger here)."

1. How long have you been growing your nails?
I never counted the days-years I have been 'growing' my nails. Let's say I just stopped "eating" them at the age of 12, when I realized I prefer to see other girls and myself as well with long and beautiful nails, not destroyed and ugly anymore.
2. Do you receive positive feedback about them? People notice them?
Yes they always do and I always receive positive comments about them. It's not only the fact that I grow them long but also that I love to do my own manicure.
3. We've seen pictures of you with very long and short nails, how do you prefer them best?
Long of course. I wish I could keep them only long, really, but due to my daily work and routine they often break.
4. When a nail breaks, do you cut all of them short?
Usually yes. It depends on my mood.
5. Any plans to grow your nails longer?
I never plan, I always try to grow them longer and longer but, as I mentioned before, they break someday due to my job, housework and hand-made creations.
6. Should we expect a shooting with very long nails form you in the future?
I hope so.
7. Would you ever consider creating your personal website for your nail fans?
No, not really. I believe I can represent so many other things apart from my nails. Besides there are really too many concepts to represent as an alternative model, so, only nails is just not enough. I already have my own site anyway (www.zirconia-starfighter.com).
8. Tell us more about what you're doing.
After my graduation from Vakalo School of Art & Design (BA and MA from the University of Derby, UK) I worked in many different jobs. But Graphic Design was my main source of expression and it is my profession as well today. I work for more than five years now. I work for big companies here in Athens on Computer Graphics and Digital Prints. I love my job. I hate waisting my time. I always come up with new ideas.
I speak English, French and Italian. I would like one day to find some time to learn German and Japanese. I have many different kinds of hobbies as mini-sculpture and ready-mades. I create the characters using my imagination. Sometimes I get influenced by books and mythology.
I work as a gogo-dancer and performer in cases of really interesting events. I have already cooperated with great artists and nowadays I am very often booked for such works. I am involved in fashion shows and various shootings as an alternative model. I adore losing myself into hard electronic rhythms and I am keen on freestyle and go-go-dancing in general. Music is my life, it means the world to me. I love exploring it, as well as dancing and losing myself into industrial for the masses.
I started my cooperation with the Bloodcult Zine two years ago as an editor and digital photographer, one of the biggest magazines in Greece now, related to black metal, gothic, electro, industrial, EBM, noise music and generally to the dark alternative scene. It is not only a music magazine as it It covers all possible dark arts and lifestyles. Hope you enjoy reading my articles!
9. Your upcoming plans?
I never reveal my future plans. Sorry. I just can tell you that I love traveling. So, I plan to travel a lot in the future if possible.

Modeling for 'Queens' hairtyling
I was confirmed for the 5th of May's fashion show for the:
The show is gonna be about hairstyling and the clothes we will wear are Morgan:
The hairstyling center will be at 47, Lyssikratous Street in Alimos (Athens, Greece) and the hairstylist/owner is Elisabeth.
I am not used in modeling for casual or formal clothing, but for night/formal hairstylings I am always in.
That's gonna be a challenge for me because to our common knowledge, a usual mode must be more than 1.75 cm tall and I (unfortunately) am not.
However I always dare to accept such suggestions because I love fashion and fashion shows. Last year, same day, 5th of May I participated at the Cyberdog Fashion show at Underworld club.
At the 5th of May it is also my 'nameday'. In most European countries they don't celebrate name-days. It has to do with Christian orthodox religious beliefs and my one is not the strongest, I have to admit, but, fortunately, there is always somethng nice to happen on a day like this.
I would like to thank my photographer Evangelos Michalopoulos (aka: 'Angel') who believed in me and who always supports me. He is a great photographer as well. Apart from the AMF Korsets shootings he made for me he had also the idea to photograph me absolutely natural for an underwater shooting.
That guy always offers me new challenges and I am sure he has understood how adventurous I am.
Can't wait for the catwalk.

'Traces' ("Ihni", TV series) at Mega Channel
The dancing event yesterday was great. I had a lot of fun with friends and my co-gogo-dancer Fucking Deity. The Obedience's act was nice too. Hope they are even better represented next time.
I was informed two days ago that the episode one "Symbol 1" (out of two episodes) of the police-series "Ihni" (it means "Traces" in greek) on MEGA Channel -propably the biggest TV channel in Greece- was projected one of these days.
Imagine what a big TV fan I am as I not only didn't watch it but I didn't ask either anyone to record it for me as a small video at least to keep it as 'portfolio work'.
I don't know why but I still regard these things so funny. I hate TV. I prefer cinema. But I like to show off I have to admit.

I am the girl with the long blond hair and the silver leather corset with the mirrors. The clothes were made by the fashion designer Sophia Mattheaki, whose clothes I wear very often on stage and shootings. Many friends of mine appear on that episode, like Emily aka: Fragile Sin, Elias aka: In Vein and many others.
I already had a glamour shooting for 4-showgirls stores by John Tsilidis, the ultimate Greek Fetish Photographer. My hairstyling was made by Elena, aka: Fucking Deity.
Meanwhile I am in Thessaloniki with my friends Greg, David and Desdemona for the weekend.

Photo shootings for Dane and other features
It's been a long time from when I received my parcel from Dane and that was a pleasure to me. After AMF Korsets which are -as I say- the ultimate corsets, Dane was a challenge for me as he was always my favourite "cyber" fashion designer.
He didn't know that of course.
Starting from my -also favourite movie- 'Preaching to the perverted' that I had watched at my childhood, I have to admit that, the stage catsuits attracted me most.
I was wondering who is the designer. Guinevere Turner (as Tanya Cheex) was a goddess as well, I loved her acting.
And then, one day, I found Mr Dane on Myspace. Isn't it funny? So, after some few hours of shootings at Michael Gandy's (from Paris) studio, wearing a Slash sleeve top and skirt and another shooting at Yiannis Kelemenis studio (from Athens) for a Deco 'G' bustier we had some very impressive results.
You will find some photos of mine at Dane's myspace gallery as well. There you will notice that he is really famous. I even found photos from The Spice Girls wearing his clothes.
I have to give credits to Jamie Hanet (Orlando, Canada) as well for her fabulous cyberlocks, CT and rexlace. Everytime that girl creates we talk about a masterpiece.

All those materials do not exist yet in Greece. Hope one day they will. But as you see I can't wait for these days to come. I bought my first pieces many years ago and I have already modeled for Jamie's creations at Dreadtobedifferent.

Lately I am very keen on synthetic hair. I wore my first synthetic hair some years ago, before I start wearing cyberlocks and CT and now, I came out with other hairstyles as well.
Soon I will model for Medusa's House of Dread (San Bernardino, California - United States).
She is very quick in her work and I also got a parcel of a high quality. I am very satisfied and soon I will have some photos of wool-braided hair, three pairs of twists and a fringe. Not to mention that my house is full of all the possible colors in synthetic hair and dreadlocks.
I already got some new photos from a shooting for 4-showgirls stores as 'The Firewoman' by 'Angel', one of my favourite photographers.
There even more to come for 4-showgirls stores with Medusa's twists as well. I am already featured on the site banner.

UNITED IX: 18 Local electro/goth/industrial/noise djs on one night
The annual 'United' parties at club Underworld in Athens, the biggest venue as always, are what we call here an 'institution'.
This time with more dj's and performers than ever. It started as an idea in September 2004 and its main aim was to combine all the gernres of the dark alternative scene.
The question is though if this is possible to happen with the people who participate each time, as we all know that in Greece, the arguments between dj's, promoters and even performers are numerous and variable.
You might have seen that there is always the original and the imitation of it. During the years I am facing copycats and haters almost everywhere. Some people don't even feel ashamed when they repeat themselves or -even worse- copy parts of texts of other people's profiles, blogs, journal etc..
Had you ever noticed a text about friendships in the scene and if they really do exist? Or anything lamer or more hypocritic than that repeated by others later? That could be one example.
I -personaly- during the years, didn't just notice people trying to copy my styling ideas (one among hundreds I have at least) but also lamers who even dare to copy parts of my blog entries and write exactly the same things I write about jobs, careers and parties. Not to mention some unprofessional dj's/promoters/whatever who canceled some late events I was supposed to participate without telling me anything in advance.
Some Greeks tend to announce things at the last moment and/or just let you go without getting your payment (which was agreed from the begining). However they continue calling theirselves "organizers", "promoters" etc.. So, from now on I decided not to be fooled again in such a way.
For those who believe they can exploit any dancer and pro-dancer, who think they can affect me by lame negative comments and laugh behind my back or try to approach me and at the same time to say shit about me I just erase them and go on with my plans.
So, if you find yourself deleted from my friends list on myspace or not so welcome anymore in real life don't even start wondering why. The same counts for my very close friends. If you try to annoy them in any way be sure that you will have to face me as an enemy.
I hate having enemies really and listening to stupid and fake gossips all the time by losers but, I had enough of that shit.
As a pro-dancer and performer not only at Underworld but in many other clubs (guest or resident) I have to admit that it is very important sometimes to forget about all this irony and disagreements and have some fun.
When I started doing what I am doing I just had my own vision for myself. I didn't have to prove anything to anyone.
I was born in and for this music and I will remain loyal to my ideas and lifestyle.
I tried to bring the United Parties as an example of what some people had as a vision and what some other newbies and retards try to destroy during the years.
So, on Friday, 11th of April '08 for one night all the tribes under the light of the moon will stand united.
I am go-go dancing there. As you noticed the number of the dj's increased as well.
Meanwhile I will attend the concert of [X]-RX (DE) at Underworld again at the 28th of March and Faq VS Rubberdoll at the 2nd May.
I noticed some other very interesting upcoming concerts at the webpage ot Underworld club like SAM, Xotox (again), IAMX and more.
Cyberesque was canceled for once again but after some discussions the Cybereque fashion Show will take place in Athens later in June.
I updated my page here as well. You might find the full photo-shootings I had because for now on I will upload only some samples of each new one I have (on myspace and other sites I am into modeling).

The poster will come soon and for now you can check that out at Underworld's webpage. Later I will go to Thessaloniki at the 12th to attend De/Vision and Siva Six live. It will be just like a tiring but nice holiday. More bookings will probably be confirmed much later.
If other events come up I will keep you up-to-date. I received some new pieces for modeling too and there are many shootings on the way. Still haven't uploaded old ones though in the gallery.
For now on I am booked for the whole March, I think.. But at the 8th I will be out with all my lovely friends for Ladies' Night.

Go-go dancing for DJ Rex (Slimelight, London UK) at Underworld in Athens - Friday, 15th February '08
Yesterday I was informed by George Fakinos (Resident Dj and promoter of Club Underworld in Athens) that I am go-go dancing for Dj Rex (Slimelight Club, London UK) at the 15th of February '08. Rex is a famous Dj. I had been at Slimelight a long time ago and I had a great time there.
Underworld will be a challenge as well with Dj's like George and Rex in combination.

I updated my site news and some few things in the gallery (more photos in publications). However there are still even more to come. Many photos from various shootings, wardrobe stylists and designers stuff, more credits and information to be added, runway photos from Torture Garden in Athens, go-go dancing pictures for Soman in Athens and Leipzig at the WGT festival, numerous go-go dancing events at Texas, Underworld, Club 22 and the list goes on.
I had no time for updates lately due to some personal problems and bunches of work at my main office work, as a graphic designer. Sounds strange but some people still ask me what's my main profession and what do I do exactly for living. Open your eyes and read my profile or site info ('about me', bio etc. sections) please before you ask. I think I write about all you need to know in detail.

I am gonna model there for one of my favorite brands, Cyberesque. The famous Cyberesque is Noraly van Deursen and I had the luck to meet her in person sometime. I have some photos in my gallery wearing one of her fabulous corsets and now I will participate in Athens at her fashion show which takes place at -Athens greatest venue for edgy alternative events- Underworld.
There are more to follow in March and April (more dancing nights at Underworld and Texas, Moonsun Records Live sets at the 24th of March), so, I will try to keep you up-to-date. And my site as well because I totally neglected it these days.

Friday 18th of January - Official Die Form Pre-show party
Agenda Machina presents: Maschinenwelt
I am gonna go-go dance at this event this week at Club Underworld again.
As you all might know, the greatest electronic/fetish band from France Die Form will perform in Athens (Gagarin 205) on Saturday, 26th of January '07.
The primary layout of the concert was made by me. Later they wanted from Gagarin 205 to add some more of their sponsorships so, I left it to their hands.
I had a tiring week, with dancing events and many photo-shootings. One with Michael Gandy for Dane Clothing and an additional one later again, one with Constantinos Vamvakoussis and there are more to come. Just for the history, Dane was one of my favourite designers ever. I first admired his catsuits at -my also favourite- movie "Preaching to the perverted" (with my beloved actress Guinevere Turner) and he belongs to the list of the most famous designers of cyber fashion.
Meanwhile I started some driving lessons and there are more events to come mostly at Underworld Club. So, don't blame me if I don't answer to most messages because I will be super-busy this month.
